Shipping Policy
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders:
- Standard Shipping (domestic): $10 — Delivers in 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping (domestic): $15 — Delivers in 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: $25— Delivers in 7-21 business days
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 4pm on weekends will be processed the next business day. For pre-orders and customised items shipping details will be stated on the product page. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your order anytime at Australia Post
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price or product cost.
